What is your policy on late payments?

We offer a 1 week grace period for bank payments. After that, a $27 late fee applies. If multiple payments remain unpaid for subscription clients, I may terminate the contract, and the client will owe the full website cost. While I aim to be understanding, I must take action if there’s no communication about overdue payments.
